Motorised SMD component counter County-S EVO 220 V with empty pocket check - Iteco 8301133

Partly used reels coming back from SMD production often contain empty pockets. Anyone booking such reels back into stock needs a count based on components, not on holes. The County-S EVO 8301.133 has the empty pocket check built in at the factory, where it remains an option on the standard version 8301.131.

The tape still runs at up to 220 pieces per second, counting is done by motor through the sprocket holes and the pocket filling is checked in addition.

Benefits in daily use

• Motorised tape feed with adjustable speed records up to 220 components per second and stops automatically at the tape end so the running total is kept.
• Totalizer mode counts from zero, preset mode stops exactly at the quantity keyed in - picking without recounting.
• Pitch from 0.5 to 99 holes per component covers all common tape pitches, including multiple parts per pocket.
• The blue 160 x 104 pixel LCD shows counting direction, pitch, operating mode, operator, quantity and the time of the last barcode reading.
• Datalogger for 500 counting records and 10 stored operators keep every booking traceable.
• Reels up to 400 mm diameter run as standard, up to 650 mm with support 8301.150.

Applications

Booking back partly used reels from placement machines, stock corrections after changeovers, incoming inspection of broker market remnants and every case where gaps in the tape would falsify the result.

Compatibility and accessories

The County-S EVO handles all common SMD carrier tapes up to 56 mm tape height. Available accessories are the barcode reader 8301.155, the thermal printer 8301.095 with label roll 8301.096, the reel support 8301.150 for diameters above 400 mm and the aluminium empty reel 8301.021. The ISO 9000 traceable calibration report (8301.350) is not included in delivery. The empty pocket check is factory fitted, so no retrofit is needed. Manufactured by Iteco in Italy.
