Taking several air hoses off one supply line usually means building a manifold from separate parts. The Nitto Kohki Line Cupla 200 is a ready-made manifold with two or five outlets for 1.5 MPa (15 bar).

• Several outlets from one supply line, model 200T with two outlets, model 200L with five outlets in line and model 200S with five outlets in a star layout
• Working pressure of 1.5 MPa (15 kgf/cm², 15 bar, 218 PSI) on air
• One-way shut-off, every unused outlet stays closed
• Connection by simply pushing the plug in
• Aluminium body with chrome-plated steel coupling parts and an NBR seal (SG) for -20 °C to +60 °C
• Dust caps are supplied, a pressure gauge and a drain cock are available as options

Operating principle

• Simple design air line coupling on manifold.

• Just push in the plug into socket for simple and secure connection.
• Multiple outlets are available from single air supply source.
• Choose from the 2-outlet type (Model 200T), the 5-outlet straight type (Model 200L) and the 5-outlet star type (Model 200S) to suit your application.
• The products come with dustproof caps.

Series comparison

Choose LINE CUPLA 200 when two or five air lines have to be taken from one supply line at the same point, at a working pressure of up to 1.5 MPa {15 kgf/cm2}. MICRO CUPLA, SMALL CUPLA, COMPACT CUPLA, CUBE CUPLA and SUPER CUPLA are rated 1.0 MPa {10 kgf/cm2} and are therefore limited to lower pressure lines. Its couplings are one-way shut-off; where both sides of the line must close on disconnection, COMPACT CUPLA and CUBE CUPLA offer two-way shut-off, while LEVER LOCK CUPLA is straight through with no shut-off valve.

Compatibility

The manifold accepts plugs for HI Cupla models 10, 17, 20, 30 and 40 and is interchangeable with the corresponding models of the HI Cupla series. It is not suitable for vacuum in either the connected or the disconnected state.

Standards and compliance

The inlet is a 20PM on the 200T and a 400PM on the 200L and 200S, the outlets are two 200-20SM sockets on the 200T and four 200-20SM sockets together with one 200-40SM socket on the 200L and 200S, and fluid must run from the inlet port to the outlet ports.
