The Sehan NFA220P-A is a brushless ESD robot screwdriver for permanent installation in automated stations and robot cells, covering 0.59-2.15 Nm at 300-1,250 rpm. The machine control triggers each cycle through the external start/stop input, while the shut-off clutch holds the preset torque with a repeat accuracy of ±3 %.

Application
The screwdriver is mounted in screwdriving stations, handling systems and robot cells and is triggered by the machine control. Typical work is on ESD-sensitive assemblies in electronics manufacturing, including assembly in class 5 cleanrooms, where every screw joint has to receive the same torque.
Compatibility
Operation requires the FT-40D control unit with 230 V AC mains supply, soft start and 5-pin socket. Matching accessories are the 901-0095/901-0096 vacuum attachment, the 587-0013 protective cap and the 518-0029, 518-0078, 518-0032 and 518-0031 connecting cables.
