Description
PLCC-44 and PQFP-84 share the same footprint but differ in lead form. The 14.5 x 14.5 mm ThermoTweez tip fits both packages and heats the leads on all four sides evenly. The thermal tweezer then lifts the device off without mechanical stress on the pads.
