Description
FlatPack devices are rectangular, their leads lie flat on the board and must all melt at once during removal. The ThermoPik tip is cut to this rectangle at 16.8 x 22.9 mm and rests on every lead row. When the solder is molten, the TP-65 lifts the device off.
