Description
Ceramic LCCC packages have their terminations under the package edge, so heat has to arrive on all four sides at once. This tip surrounds a 21.6 x 21.6 mm component with 0.635 mm thin walls. The reduced height of 0.2 in shortens the heat path, which helps on high-mass boards.
