Description
Bumper-pack PQFPs have reinforced corners that can obstruct a standard tip. The 15.7 x 15.7 mm ThermoPik tip is designed for the bumper-pack PQFP-68 and applies heat to all four lead rows at once. The TP-65 then removes the device.
