Description
A PQFP with 160 leads can hardly be removed lead by lead without damaging pads. The ThermoPik tip 1121-0351 is sized at 31.0 x 31.0 mm (1.22 x 1.22 in) for the PQFP-160 package, heats all four sides together and lifts the device once the solder has melted.
