Description
A 208-lead PQFP cannot be removed pin by pin without risking pads and the component. This ThermoPik tip sits on all four sides of the package at once with its 30.0 x 30.0 mm footprint, reflows every joint in one step, and the handpiece then lifts the part away by vacuum.
