ThermoMax tips combine the same inside diameter with a slimmer outside diameter than the matching ThermoDrive tip. With a 1.52 mm I.D. it is sized for thick pins.

- 2.69 mm O.D.: for pads slightly larger than the tip, so it never touches the laminate
