The Precision range is designed for small pads and closely spaced leads. At 0.5 mm I.D. it is one of the finest tips in the range, made for thin leads on small pads.
Benefits
- 0.5 mm I.D.: fits over the lead with clearance so air and solder are drawn through the tip
- 1.79 mm O.D.: for pads slightly larger than the tip, so it never touches the laminate
- Precision geometry for small pads, keeping the tip off the board laminate
