SOP-28 packages are hard to release evenly with a single-point tip. This tip covers both 14-lead rows completely at 10.8 x 18.6 mm. It fits the TD-100 and TD-100A Tip-Heater Cartridge soldering irons, with temperature control handled by the IntelliHeat station.
