Burrs on hole edges are often removed by hand, which takes time and gives uneven results. The pneumatic burr cutter deburrs holes from 3 to 34 mm at a low speed of 420 rpm and weighs 0.75 kg.

Operating principle

An air motor drives the chuck and countersink through reduction gearing. The low speed prevents the countersink from chattering as it enters the hole edge.
