Electrically and pneumatically operated directional control valves
The Festo application-specific directional control valves comprise 220 articles tailored to defined application scenarios, differing from the universal valves in the Tiger and VUVG families. The range includes the CDVI5.0 series (compact directional valves with MT2H body, various functions 5/2, 5/3, 2x3/2), the MHA1 series for high-pressure applications (M1H and M4H bodies, 2/2 and 3/2-way, 0.6-0.9 MPa operating pressure), and the J-PK-3 and MFH-5-PK-3 types with PK-3 direct connection for push-in fitting direct mounting.
The CDVI5.0 valves operate with logic functions such as 5JS (5-way spool), 5LS (5-way long stroke) and classic 5/2 and 5/3-way types in BS (both-side blocked), ES (one-side blocked) and GS (cross-blocked) mid-positions.

Typical applications: Compact control blocks with CDVI5.0 for special-logic requirements in process automation, high-pressure pneumatics (0.6-0.9 MPa) with MHA1 in presses and riveting equipment, and simple PK-3 direct mounting on miniature cylinders and grippers without tube fittings.
