Accessories for valve terminals
The valve range for Festo valve islands covers solenoid valves of the CPV and CPVSC1 series in switching functions 5/2 and 5/3, as well as valve kits for CPV10/14/18 island bodies. Solenoid valves are available as monostable (5LS), bistable (5JS), 5/3 blocked centre (5/3G) and in dual-coil variants (2X2, 2X3, OLS, GLS configurations). The CPVSC1 series extends the programme for more compact applications. All valves are matched to the corresponding island body and are used as replacements or for initial population.

Typical applications: actuation of double-acting pneumatic cylinders in handling systems (5/2 bistable), driving single-acting grippers and clamps (5/2 monostable), controlling rotary actuators with mid-position locking (5/3 blocked centre), spare parts supply for failed valves on existing CPV islands, and initial population of new valve islands in series production.
