Accessories for valve terminals
Valve terminals
The accessories range for Festo valve terminals covers all add-on components needed to turn a valve island into a fully operational automation system: fastening elements and designation plates for mechanical integration, connection plates and multipole strips for pneumatic chaining, solenoid valves and flow control check valves for signal extension, pressure gauges for monitoring, and sealing and separating elements for channel isolation. Electronics modules and switch modules (VMPA1/2-FB, CPV-GE-ASI) provide fieldbus capability; assembly tools complete the service offering.

Connection plates, connection stripsMultipole connection plates M7, reserve plates and flow control check valves
ValvesSolenoid valves 5/2, 5/3 and valve kits for CPV10/14/18
Elements for electrical interlinkingVMPA1/2 electronics modules, AS-i modules and electrical linking blocks
ManometerPAGN series, 26 and 40 mm housing, up to 16 bar
Sealing and separating elementsChannel seals VABD and separating elements VMPAC for VMPA islands
Functional elementsFixed restrictors, supply modules VMPAL-SP and vertical supply
Assembly toolRelease tool VMPAL-LW for VMPA valve island disassembly
Accessory selection depends on the valve island series (CPV10, CPV14, CPV18 or VMPA1/2) and port size (M7, 1/8", 1/4"). Label carriers and mounting brackets are assembly-specific: CPV10 and CPV14 parts are not interchangeable. For electrical interlinking, the bus architecture (multipole, AS-i, Profibus) determines the module type. PAGN pressure gauges mount directly on the island supply port without a separate connection block. Fixed restrictors (VMPA1-FT, orifice 0.3-1.7 mm) set defined flow resistance for individual channels.
Typical applications: initial commissioning and expansion of valve islands in handling and assembly systems, retrofit to alternative bus architectures (AS-i, Profibus) via electronics modules, pressure monitoring at supply points with PAGN gauges, channel separation in multi-circuit compressed air systems using separating elements, and field maintenance with the VMPAL-LW release tool.
