1-Arm Lötrauchfiltersystem 120W, 100m³/h, 230V 3-stufig mit Funkenschutzgitter, Fernbedienung - Quick QU6101A2

At a hand soldering bench the fume rises straight into the operator breathing zone. The Quick 6101A2 catches it at the joint and moves up to 100 m³/h through three filter stages that still retain 99.95 percent of particles at 0.3 µm. Cleaned air goes back into the room, so heated shop air stays in the building.

Operating benefits

• Four barriers in series, spark arrest grid, electrostatic pre-filter, medium filter and an activated carbon main filter for gases and odour.

Application, scope of delivery and compatibility

Intended for hand soldering benches in electronics manufacturing, laboratories, rework and repair shops. Because the air is recirculated, the unit can be placed at an existing bench without any building work. Scope of delivery, filter unit with filters fitted and the magnetic USB remote. The extraction arm is not included and is ordered to match the job, ready made combinations are listed as QU6101A2-S1 with flex arm and 125 mm nozzle and QU6101A2-S2 with articulated arm and 105 mm nozzle.
