Solder fumes appear exactly where the operator is focused. The FAE1 kit moves up to 230 m³/h and the supplied arm works at 80 m³/h right above the assembly. The brushless blower runs only during soldering because extraction is tied to lifting the tool from its stand. That saves energy and extends filter life.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivery includes the FAE1 extraction unit with the FAE1100 filter cassette fitted, one FAE010 hose, one FAE072 arm with bench clamp and the P405 foot switch. The four RJ12 sockets accept JBC stations of the CD, CS, CP, CA, DI, DDE, DME, HDE, JNA, JTSE and NAE ranges, extraction then switches with the tool. Nozzles FAE090, FAE091, FAE092 and FAE093 fit the FAE022 and FAE072 arms.
