AC-Filter, für Filterstationen 6211 - Quick QU6211ACF

Particle filters hold back the visible fume but not the rosin smell or the gaseous fraction. That is the job of the activated carbon element in the Quick QU6211, and because carbon saturates over time it belongs in the fixed maintenance plan for the station.

What the filter is for

• Activated carbon as a sorption stage, cutting the gaseous components and odour that pass the particle filters.
• Made for the QU6211 filter station, no fitting and no trimming needed.
• Compact format of roughly 200 x 200 x 75 mm, changed at the station without tools.
• Replaceable on its own, the upstream particle stages stay in the unit when only the carbon is spent.
• Regular replacement keeps the filtration performance of the station at level across its service life.

Application and compatibility

For Quick QU6211 filter stations on soldering benches, electronics benches, in rework, service and assembly work where vapour and odour occur. Intended as a wear and replacement part for scheduled changes. The remaining stages of the same station are listed as QU6211PF pre-filter, QU6211MF medium filter and QU6211HEPA.
