On a hot air station the air flow decides how much heat actually arrives at the board. If the blower weakens, nozzle temperature drops although the display still shows the setpoint, and the 1000 watts of the 861DW no longer give the usual result. The genuine blower restores the flow rate.

One blower for the Quick 861DW, without heating element and without nozzles. The station uses hot air nozzles of the NK range. The 860DA, 862D+, 709D+ and 959D+ ranges take different spares.
