Ersatztigel für Lötbad QU100-6C - Quick QUTI100-6C

The pot is the wear part of a solder bath. Flux and molten solder attack the wall over operating hours until heat transfer across the 54 mm round form is no longer even. A replacement crucible renews that one part, while heater, control board and sensor of the 400 W unit stay in service.

What the crucible does

• Round form of 54 mm across and 38 mm deep, this is the bath volume that takes stranded wire, component leads and small assemblies.
• Matched to the 400 W heater of the QU100-6C, which covers the working range of 150 to 450 °C.
• Surface in erosion resistant and heat resistant titanium alloy, so the standing solder does not attack the wall.
• Replacing the pot rather than buying a new bath keeps the machine and its settled control loop on the line.
• The pot of the smaller QU100-4C is 36 mm across at 200 W, the two versions cannot be swapped.

Applications

Tinning stranded wire and component leads, dip soldering small assemblies, taking off solder residue in repair and rework. Once the wall is washed out or the bath level no longer holds, the pot is replaced rather than reworked.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

One replacement crucible without heater and without control board. Suitable for the Quick QU100-6C solder bath only. Heater QUHE100-6C and control board QURP100-6C for the same unit are listed separately.
