Kartuschen-Lötspitze TS1, bleistiftspitz 0,2 mm (SS1-I) - Quick SS1-I

On fine pitches it is the tip radius that decides whether a joint can be reached on its own. At 0.2 mm this is the finest tip in the SS1 series and it lands on a single lead where the 0.5 mm version would already touch two pads at once.

Features

• Tip diameter of 0.2 mm, so adjacent leads can be approached separately.
• Straight version, the cone lies on the axis of the iron and the point stays visible as it is placed.
• Cartridge design with a short path from heater to tip, which compensates for the small mass of a fine point.
• The cartridge swaps as a whole, so coarser work means fitting a chisel or knife shape instead.
• RoHS compliant according to the manufacturer.

Application, scope of delivery and compatibility

For rework on small SMD packages, track repair and enamelled wire on prototypes, using the QUICK TS1 cordless iron rated 10 W over 100 to 420 °C. Scope of delivery, one soldering tip. Where the iron can only come in at an angle, the bent SS1-J with the same point size is the better option.
