Quartz preheater 3 zones, 300 x 420 mm, up to 370 °C - Reeco RE-QPHA3

Quartz emitters deliver their output almost without delay. Where a hot plate first has to heat its own mass, the RE-QPHA3 puts heat on the assembly straight away, and takes it back just as quickly. That shortens cycle time and keeps thermal load on the board low.

The 300 x 420 mm working area is divided into three separately controlled zones, each reaching 370 °C with a stability of ±5 °C. Microprocessor control works with three external thermocouples and trims zone temperature to the component temperature actually measured.

Heating and control sections are built separately and the electronics have their own cooling. The manufacturer warrants the housing for the life of the unit.
