To determine Shore D values reproducibly while using a digital HD hardness gauge, you use the TI-DL lever test stand with an interchangeable, longer guide column and 580 mm height. The 50 N test force is released evenly by the lever and, according to the manufacturer, delivers results about 25 % more accurate than freehand measurement.
