To determine Shore A values on plastics or leather reproducibly, you clamp your SAUTER Shore hardness gauge into the TI-AC lever test stand. The 10 N test force is released evenly by the lever and, according to the manufacturer, delivers results about 25 % more accurate than freehand measurement.
