Quick connect coupling Small Cupla MS-10PM, brass - Nitto Kohki 590310102

Laboratory instruments and densely packed pneumatic assemblies leave no room for a standard coupling. The Nitto Kohki Small Cupla works up to 1.0 MPa with a socket sleeve of only 14 mm outside diameter, and a plug starts at 9 g.

• Socket of 14 mm outside diameter with built-in valve, suited to compact and modular assemblies
• Working pressure up to 1.0 MPa (10 bar, 145 PSI) for air and water
• Connection by pushing the plug in with one hand, no tools required
• Chrome-plated brass body for corrosion resistance, the Tube Fitter version is nickel-plated
• Low mass, the MS-10PM plug weighs 9 g and the MS-10SM socket 24 g
• NBR seal (marked SG) for -20 °C to +80 °C

• Five branch ports from one supply through the MS-5 Small Line Cupla at 238 g with an aluminium alloy branch body

Compatibility

Sockets and plugs of the range connect to each other regardless of end configuration. Air flows in either direction once coupled, and vacuum operation down to 53.0 kPa applies only in the connected state. The Tube Fitter version is not suitable for water.

Standards and compliance

End connections come in the 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch thread sizes (Rc 1/8, Rc 1/4, R 1/8, R 1/4), the sealing material is nitrile rubber (NBR, marked SG).
