Nitto Kohki Small Cupla quick-release couplings are designed for low-pressure pneumatic circuits up to 19 bar and deliver a flat-face, spill-free connection that eliminates air leakage on disconnect. The compact body series - available in bore sizes from 2.5 mm to 10 mm - achieves a Cv flow coefficient of up to 1.4, keeping pressure drop below 0.1 bar at nominal flow. One-touch push-to-connect and pull-to-release operation requires no tools and reduces changeover time to under 3 seconds per coupling, even under residual line pressure.
