Power transformer 230 V to 24 V AC for Iteco ionizing devices - Iteco 9265544

The air-flow triggered Iteco ionizing cartridge runs on 24 V AC and draws roughly 1 W. The power transformer 9265.544 provides this voltage from the 230 V mains, so the cartridge can be operated directly on the compressed air line or at the workbench.

Benefits

• 230 V input and 24 V AC output, the supply specified by Iteco for the ionizing cartridge
• Covers both the 1 W demand of the cartridge and the 24 V AC branch rated at 10 W
• Also suitable as a spare part for the complete Top Gun system, which includes hand unit, console, air filter and 230/24 V AC transformer
• Allows ionization to run from any standard mains outlet without special field wiring

Applications

• First installation of an ionizing cartridge in an existing air line
• Replacement of a failed power unit at a blow-off station
• Setting up a second ionizing position with an existing cartridge
• Relocating a workstation when the power unit stays at the old site

Compatibility and notes

The transformer is a supply component and does not ionize by itself. The ionizing cartridge does not withstand high air pressure and must always be installed downstream of a valve or shut-off. For the same workstation the in-line air filter 9265.532 as a consumable and the gun stand 9265.531 for hands-free work are available.
