The HIOS VB-4504PSX is a brushless electric screwdriver for M3-M5 screws with a torque range of 1.0-4.5 Nm. It connects directly to 220-240 V and needs neither a power supply nor a controller. The shut-off clutch ends the fastening cycle at the set torque, and the brushless motor runs without carbon dust and with little maintenance.

Technical data

Application

For M3-M5 fastening with higher torque at low speed in device and subassembly production. The Shockless stand absorbs the reaction torque and relieves the operator during series work.

Compatibility

The HIOS HP-100 2025 torque meter is suitable for checking the set torque. The lever start version is available as VB-4504X, and VBH-1820PSX cover higher torques. No controller is required.
