The HIOS VBH-1820PSX is a brushless electric screwdriver for M5-M6 screws with a torque range of 3.0-7.0 Nm. It connects directly to 220-240 V and needs neither a power supply nor a controller. The shut-off clutch ends the fastening cycle at the set torque, and the brushless motor runs without carbon dust and with little maintenance.

Technical data

Application

For high-torque M5-M6 fastening in device and subassembly production, for example where pneumatic screwdrivers have been used so far. The Shockless stand keeps the reaction torque away from the operator and eases series work at a fixed workstation.

Compatibility

The HIOS HP-100 2025 torque meter is suitable for checking the set torque. The lever start version is available as VBH-1820X. No controller is required.
