The laboratory clog with an adjustable heel strap, for walks across the plant, stairs and ladders where a shoe without heel hold becomes a risk. White is the standard in laboratories, cleanrooms and pharmaceutical or food production because every bit of soiling shows at once and cleaning is not postponed to the next day. The dissipative EVA sole drains the wearer's charge to the floor in a controlled way. The shoe is tested to EN 61340-4-3, the measuring method for footwear resistance. An ESD protected area under DIN EN 61340-5-1 requires the person, shoe and floor chain to stay below 100 MOhm, and that is exactly what the clog does from the first step, not only at the bench.

What this model gives you

• Adjustable heel strap. It folds back when the clog is worn like a slipper and comes forward the moment you head for stairs or a machine. One shoe for two ways of walking.
• All white full grain cowhide matches white area clothing and makes inspection rounds simple, because the condition of the shoe is visible at a glance.
• Two pin buckles instead of one. Instep and heel hold are set separately, which matters for a narrow foot or after a long day on your feet.
• Footbed of natural cork with an air cushion and a suede leather cover. The cork takes the shape of the foot within a few days and supports the arch, the air cushion damps every step and the suede cover keeps the foot dry.
• The upper is full grain cowhide rather than coated synthetics. Leather takes up moisture and releases it outward, so the climate inside stays bearable even after eight hours on your feet, and the toe area keeps its shape over the whole service life.
• Occupational shoe to DIN EN ISO 20347, deliberately without a toe cap and without a penetration resistant midsole. That saves weight and height at the toe. Where falling parts, impact hazards or nails on the floor are expected, specify a safety shoe to EN ISO 20345 instead.
