Mini Ring Electrode Probe for Resistance Measurement on Small Packaging - Warmbier 7220.841

Full-size ring electrodes do not fit onto a carrier tape or into the pocket of a thermoformed tray. The Warmbier 7220.841 brings the ring electrode principle down to a contact area that covers small packaging and narrow tapes reliably, so the dissipative behaviour of ESD packaging can be checked directly on the component carrier.
