The dissipative multi-component handle made of conductive plastic has a surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 ohms and channels electrostatic energy away in a controlled manner, protecting sensitive components from ESD damage. Torque is set continuously using the included Torque-Setter adjusting tool.
