Manufactured to IEC 61340-5-1, its dissipative handle (surface resistance 10^6 - 10^9 ohm) safely channels static charges away. The integrated numeric scale and supplied Torque-Setter allow the torque to be set precisely between 0.1 and 0.6 Nm, and an audible and tactile click confirms when the set value is reached.
