High leverage diagonal cutter VDE insulated 1000 V, chrome-plated, 200 mm - Knipex 74 06 200

At the switchgear two things count: tested insulation and a cut that does not need three attempts. The 74 06 200 high leverage diagonal cutter is VDE tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 and, thanks to the leverage joint and induction hardened precision edges of approx. 64 HRC, it also cuts piano wire up to 2.5 mm dia.

Areas of use

Electrical installation, control cabinet building, power supply work and maintenance. Wherever work takes place on or close to live parts up to 1000 V and hard wire still has to be cut.

Standards and conformity

The pliers comply with DIN ISO 5749 as well as DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 and are tested as a VDE tool for 1000 V. According to the manufacturer they contain no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
