Expanded metal prefilter for LRA 150 to LRA 250 - ULT 02.0.006

Anyone running a ULT solder fume extractor continuously knows how quickly the prefilter mats clog. The expanded metal filter 02.0.006 is placed ahead of the mat stage and holds back coarse particles, flux spatter, cooled sticky aerosols and fibres so the finer stages last longer.

Applications

The expanded metal filter is used in electronics manufacturing and repair services wherever solder fume, adhesive vapour or laser smoke with a high coarse dust load is extracted. ULT also uses the expanded metal prefilter in the LAS laser fume units because it binds aerosols and particles before they reach the HEPA stage. It pays off most at busy hand soldering benches and during bonding and potting work.

Suitable for the extraction units LRA 150, LRA 200, LRA 220 and LRA 250 and for the upper cassette of the ACD 220-AS and ACD 250 FQ-AS units. Supplied as one single expanded metal filter.
