Description
In laser processing the critical share of the emission sits in the submicron range, exactly where simple dust filters no longer help. The ULT H14 particulate filter cassette works as the main filter stage in the LAS 260 and retains that fine fraction before the cleaned air returns to the working area.

Applications
Laser cutting, laser marking, laser structuring and laser engraving on units of the ULT LAS 260 series. Laser fume is a mixture of aerosols, gases and nanoparticles; the particle fraction is separated in this main filter stage.
Filter change
The cassette is a memory filter, it is not cleaned but replaced as a whole. The unit indicates filter loading optically, and a change is due at the saturation signal at the latest.
