Description
Solder fume carries both airborne particles and gaseous flux components. This compact filter covers both in a single part: an H13 particulate stage plus a broadband gas filter made of 50 % activated carbon and 50 % chemisorb. That keeps the recirculated air of WFE and FT extraction units clean and low in odour.
