Intensive cleaner concentrate TR 13 against resin and carbon deposits, demulsifying, 2 litres - Tickopur 872

Coked injectors and gummed-up machine parts are too much for universal cleaners. Tickopur TR 13 is strongly alkaline (pH 11.9 at 1 %) and dissolves such residues in the ultrasonic bath in 1 to 10 minutes. Because the solution demulsifies, oil and grease float up and can be skimmed off, which extends bath life.

Benefits in use

• Removes resin, coking residues, soot, greases, oils, waxes, pigments and paint haze.
• Demulsifying: oil floats up, the bath lasts longer, oil separators remain effective.
• Diesel and petrol injectors: 10 % dosage, 2 to 10 minutes at 60 °C.
• Heating up to 80 °C speeds up the cleaning process.
• Silicate-free and biodegradable.

Applications

Cleaning and degreasing dismantled and assembled machines, tools, devices and parts in industry, trade and laboratories, as well as diesel and petrol car injectors. Suitable for steel, stainless steel, precious metals, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber.

Developed for Sonorex ultrasonic units and also usable for immersion and wipe cleaning.
