Adsorption filter cassette A6 main filter for ACD 150/220/250 - ULT 02.1.011

The A6 adsorption filter cassette binds gases, vapours and odours from the extraction airflow and, as the main filter, secures the filtration performance of ULT ACD extraction units. The filter medium is a 6 kg bed of activated carbon. Its depth extends the contact time of the loaded airflow and delivers a high separation rate.

Technical data

How it works

Gaseous and vapour contaminants are separated by adsorption, that is by accumulation of the substances on the surface of the activated carbon. The adsorbed substance is not changed chemically. Once the carbon is saturated, the complete cassette is replaced.

Applications

Separation of gases, vapours and odours in processes such as bonding, pretreatment, painting, printing, cleaning, laminating and casting on ACD units of the 150/220/250 series.
