Description
In the main filter module K of the ULT 200.1 series, the LAS K pre-filter set sits between the expanded metal pre-filter and the H14A combination filter cassette. It consists of two elements: filter mat G, a coarse dust filter rated ISO Coarse 85 % to ISO 16890, and panel filter F, a fine dust filter rated ISO ePM1 70 % to ISO 16890. Together they retain aerosols and particles from the laser fume before the air reaches the H14 main filter element. Changing the inexpensive pre-filter elements at shorter intervals keeps the main filter working far longer. Supplied as a pack of 5.

Compatibility and scope of delivery
Suitable for the LAS filter build K of the ULT 200.1 series, complete unit LAS 200.1 MD.20 K. Ahead of the pre-filter set works the expanded metal pre-filter made of knitted metal mesh, which acts as a condensation filter and can be cleaned in an industrial washer and reused. Downstream follows the H14A combination filter cassette with an H14 particulate filter to DIN EN 1822, which achieves a particle separation rate of 99.995 %, and an activated carbon bed for gaseous and vaporous fractions. Supplied as a set of 5 pieces.
