Flux vapour loads the breathing air more than the visible smoke does. The MG 100S extraction unit is designed for applications with a high volume of harmful gases: large gas filter volume, up to 140 m³/h volume flow and 2300 Pa maximum vacuum in a housing only 210 mm wide.

Applications

Hand soldering and rework with a high flux content, bonding and dispensing, coating and potting in small series production and laboratories with odour or vapour. It is a good fit wherever two adjacent soldering benches are to be served by a single unit.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the MG 100S extraction unit. The optional remote control sets speed and filter alarm away from the unit. For bench mounting, the suspension 780-3001-ESD is available. Extraction arms, nozzles, hoses and replacement filters are ordered separately.
