Permastat ESD Stretch Film, pink, width 500 mm, 300 m roll - Warmbier 3170.0300

Pallets and bundles inside an EPA have to be secured without the outer wrap becoming a charge source. Ordinary stretch film charges heavily as it comes off the roll, whereas this polyolefin is electrostatically dissipative, typical bleeder resistance 10^10 - 10^11 Ohm. Each roll carries 300 m at 500 mm web width and 0.025 mm thickness.

Application

Typical work is securing pallets of populated boards, bundling containers on a trolley and wrapping consignments before despatch. The film does not replace dissipative primary packaging at the component, it keeps the charge source out of the outer wrap.
