Rework tip slot for chip 0402 and 0603 SMTC series - Metcal SMTC-196

Heating a 0402 or 0603 chip from one side tilts it and easily tears a pad. The SMTC-196 slot tip captures the part in its groove and melts both joints together at 412 °C.
