Filter mat M5 prefilter without frame for Jumbo and series 150 to 250 - ULT 02.0.236

The HEPA element is the most expensive part of the filter pack, which makes a frequently changed prestage worthwhile. The M5 filter mat does exactly that job. It works by depth loading, holds a wide particle spectrum as well as cooled fume components, and is laid into the removable frame already present in the unit.

Applications

Routine prefilter changes on solder fume and dust extraction units of the 150 to 250 series and on ASD filter trolleys in electronics manufacturing, rework and mechanical processing. In the ASD filter trolley the stage runs at the nominal operating point of 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivered as a filter mat without a frame, since the removable frame already in the unit is reused. The mat is also part of combination filter cassettes 02.1.220 and 02.4.220. The upstream G4 Z-line filter, the H13 particle filter cassette with a 99.95 percent separation rate to DIN EN 1822 and the adsorption filters of the respective series are ordered separately.
