Expanded metal prefilter condensation stage for LRA filter trolley - ULT 02.0.210

Where sticky aerosols and coarse particles travel with the fume, a fleece as first stage blinds quickly. The expanded metal prefilter takes that position in the LRA filter trolley. Its metal mesh acts as a condensation filter, binds cooled solder fume components and protects the filter mats behind it.

Applications

Mobile solder fume extraction with the LRA filter trolley during hand soldering, robot soldering and at soldering machines on special workplaces, and equally at rework and repair benches where sticky aerosols are captured together with fume.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the ULT LRA filter trolley and the 150, 220 and 250 series. Supplied as one expanded metal prefilter. The change frame with its filter mats and the H13A combination cassette with an H13 particle filter to DIN EN 1822 and an activated carbon bed are ordered separately.
