Electronics mounting pliers for crunching and shortening to 1.6 mm, 125 mm - Knipex 36 32 125

To stop a component slipping out of the board before soldering, the lead is crunched and cut on the underside. The 36 32 125 electronics mounting pliers do both in one step and shorten the wire below the board to 1.6 mm, cutting soft wire up to 1.0 mm dia.
