Expanded metal filter prefilter for series 1000 and SRA 2000 - ULT 02.0.017

Where a process throws sparks or coarse particles, a metallic first stage protects everything behind it. This expanded metal filter serves as the prefilter in the 1000 series extraction units and holds coarse matter out of the airflow before it reaches a mat or cassette.

Technical data

Applications

Extraction on processes with coarse dust or swarf, at grinding, cutting and laser stations and on bonding or potting processes with a high particle load. During servicing the mesh is knocked out or washed and put back in place.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the ULT extraction units LRA 1000, ACD 1000, AOD 1000 and ASD 1000. Supplied as one expanded metal filter, the downstream filter mats and cassettes of the series are ordered separately.
