Extraction hose DN125 antistatic sold by the metre without end piece - ULT 06.1.027

The larger the air volume, the more a duct chosen too narrow costs in pressure drop. At 125 mm nominal width this ULT hose is dimensioned for main runs and collecting lines on higher performance extraction units and is supplied by the metre.

Applications

Collecting and main lines in extraction systems serving several capture points, for example at selective soldering machines, grinding and bonding stations or larger production cells. It also suits the connection of stationary ULT extraction units to on-site ducting.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The hose belongs to the DN125 extraction system of the ULT 500 range and therefore fits the filter units ASD 500 MD.47 1PaR10 PE and LAS 500 MD.47 1PaR7.5 PTFE at 750 m³/h each, as well as the high pressure versions ASD 500 HD.14 1PaR10 PE and LAS 500 HD.14 1PaR7.5 PTFE at 270 m³/h each. For clamping, ULT lists the worm drive hose clamp 110-130 mm under number 06.0.038. The same nominal width is used by the Flextraction extraction arms CA2-125-BPU301 (articulated arm, 2 m) and CT2-125-BPU301 (telescopic arm, 1.2 to 1.6 m) and by the capture elements CH-125-Flared and CH-125-Flat.

Delivery covers hose by the metre in DN 125, antistatic and without accessories. End piece, clamps, adapters and mounting parts are not included. According to the master data this item is not declared ESD safe.
