Z-Line prefilter G4 for series 160/200, set of 10 - ULT 02.0.571

Extraction at the soldering bench loses filter life fast when coarse particles reach the main stage unhindered. The ULT Z-Line prefilter G4 is the first filter stage inside combination filter cassettes 02.1.510, 02.4.510, 02.1.500 and 02.4.500 and captures exactly that load. It is supplied as a pack of 10 pieces.

Applications

Extraction of solder fumes, adhesive and potting vapours and light dust fractions at manual workstations and in electronics production. Wherever ULT units of the 160 and 200 series run continuously, regular replacement of the prefilter stage is the cheapest way to prevent early saturation of the downstream filters.

Contained in combination filter cassettes 02.1.510, 02.4.510, 02.1.500 and 02.4.500. Suitable for extraction units ASD 160, ASD 200, ACD 160, ACD 200 and WSA-10DG/RS. Delivery comprises 10 Z-Line prefilters G4 without further accessories.
